Tomorrow marks the official first 90 days of P90. I've definitely lost weight thus far. The scale has said that I've dropped fron 169 to 165 but it feels like I've lost more than that. As it stands, I might need to go out and buy a few more work pants because most of my bottoms have become to loose around the butt and back thigh area. Not a bad deal for only being one month in! Next week I'm going to try the 3-4 circuit and see how I fare. For some reason I'm getting low on energy though. It's a real struggle to get moving on the first few rounds of exercising. Maybe I need more carbs in the diet? Might want to experiement with that just to see if it helps.

So far though I'm happy with the results I've seen. My muscles are stronger, I have more energy, and it seems I'm sleeping better. I'll have to take photos and do a comparison of the old photos I had just to see the difference. Not like I need another conformation of the obvious but its neat to see how far I've come!
