Almost a week into P90

Well, I'm two days shy of it being my first full week of working out. Out of idle curiosity I hopped onto the scale today to see if what I've done thus far has had any impact on my weight. I was a little shocked to see that I've gone down 4 pounds but I suspect that's more water than anything. Looking in the mirror this morning after my shower I could see my deltoid muscles starting to firm up though. This high protein and low fat diet really does a lot in a matter of days to trim back the fat on the body. Then again, I still have a lot to loose so that's probably why I'm seeing results so fast?
As of now, the only thing I really need to ensure is that I stick with a decent diet schedule. During the work week, I can follow the program pretty much to the letter and that includes at what time I should be eating snacks. However the weekends are a little tougher since I'm a night owl and I tend to wake up naturally at around 8:30 - 9:00ish. That makes for some late breakfasts as around 10 is when I should have my first snack. I'll have to figure something out eventually.
So far so good though! Today I need to make a brief run to the local Vitamin Cottage and pick up some protein mix and get a big bucket of oatmeal.
